Using the website

You may use this website for lawful, personal and community-related purposes. You must not attempt to disrupt the site, bypass security, gain unauthorized access, scrape or overload the service in an abusive manner, or use it to violate another person's rights.

The website may link to separate community and third-party services. Availability of any page, feature or link is not guaranteed.

Community standards

FRONTIERA 2X is a gaming community for Rust Console Edition. Participation in the game server, Discord community, creator activities or other connected spaces may be subject to additional published rules and moderation decisions.

Do not submit or promote unlawful, abusive, deceptive, infringing or malicious material. Evidence, reports and account information should be shared only through the appropriate private support channels.

Intellectual property

The FRONTIERA 2X name, original branding, website design, copy and project-created media are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership or grant permission to use FRONTIERA branding as an endorsement.

Third-party names, games, platforms and media remain the property of their respective owners. FRONTIERA 2X is independent and is not affiliated with Facepunch Studios, Double Eleven or TikTok.

Content submitted or authorized

If you submit content to FRONTIERA or authorize the operator to publish content, you retain any rights you hold. You grant FRONTIERA a limited, non-exclusive permission to store, format, reproduce and publish that content only for the purpose and channels you authorized, including an authorized TikTok post where applicable.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have all rights, permissions and consents needed for the content, music, footage, images, names and other material you provide or authorize. Do not submit content that infringes copyright, privacy, publicity or other rights.

TikTok integration in development

FRONTIERA is developing an operator-controlled integration using TikTok Login Kit and the Content Posting API. No public automatic publishing service is currently active. The operator must control the relevant settings and explicitly authorize publication.

Availability and behavior depend on TikTok approval, permissions, scopes, platform rules and technical availability. Connecting or using TikTok features is also subject to TikTok's own terms and policies.

Third-party services

The website may link to or rely on third-party services such as TikTok, Discord, the FRONTIERA shop and infrastructure providers. Those services are operated under their own terms, privacy practices and availability commitments.

FRONTIERA is not responsible for third-party services outside its reasonable control. Separate purchases, subscriptions or digital-delivery arrangements, if any, are governed by the terms shown for the relevant transaction and are not created by these website terms.

Access restrictions

We may suspend, limit or block access to the website or connected FRONTIERA features when reasonably necessary to address abuse, security threats, rule violations, unauthorized automation, infringement, legal obligations or harm to the project or community.

Where practical, restrictions will be proportionate to the issue. This does not limit moderation or enforcement under separate server or community rules.

Disclaimers and liability

The website and development-stage integrations are provided on an "as available" basis. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, error-free posting, permanent availability of community content, or compatibility with every device or third-party platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FRONTIERA is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the website or third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes and termination

We may change these terms to reflect updates to the website, community features, TikTok integration or applicable requirements. The current version and effective date will remain available at this URL. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply from their effective date, subject to rights that cannot be waived.

You may stop using the site at any time. Provisions that by their nature should continue, including intellectual-property, responsibility and liability provisions, survive termination.
